Ashley ValwayVice President
Ashley provides strategic oversight for all client care functions, managing teams and fostering strong client relationships. She plays a key role in long-term planning, operational alignment with company objectives, and the leadership of middle management. With over 10 years of experience in the food service industry, half of which has been dedicated to long-term care communities, Ashley brings deep expertise to her role. She studied Nutrition and Dietetics at Marywood University, earning her Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential and applying her knowledge to support the continued growth of DMO. Ashley also gained meaningful clinical experience at Margaret E. Moul, a center serving individuals with multiple sclerosis and cerebral palsy, where she developed a strong foundation in healthcare food service and a passion for service-driven care.

Rick ValwayCEO
Rick provides overall strategic direction and leadership for the organization. He is responsible for high-level decision-making, shaping the company vision, and serving as the primary liaison with the Board of Directors. With 45+ years of experience in healthcare foodservice, Rick has managed a wide range of facilities—from small skilled nursing homes to large acute care hospitals. For over 30 years, he has led the development of our software, drawing from real-world operational experience. His work reflects a lifelong passion and deep commitment to the industry.
