With 45+ years of experience in healthcare foodservice, Rick has managed a wide range of facilities—from small skilled nursing homes to large acute care hospitals. For over 30 years, he has led the development of our software, drawing from real-world operational experience. His work reflects a lifelong passion and deep commitment to the industry.

Alec leads client success and platform adoption at Dietary Manager Online, ensuring facilities feel supported, confident, and equipped every step of the way. He works closely with clients, trainers, and developers to translate real-world operational needs into practical, scalable solutions.

With a background in marketing and psychology, Alec brings a unique blend of strategy, communication, and hands-on problem solving. His focus is simple: help clients feel heard, supported, and successful — not just during onboarding, but long after.

Colleen leads culinary development at Dietary Manager Online, overseeing menus, recipes, and inventory with a strong focus on real-world usability. With extensive experience working directly in facilities as a Food Service Director, she brings a deep understanding of the daily challenges dietary teams face.

Her hands-on background allows her to create menus and systems that are practical, compliant, and efficient — helping facilities streamline operations while delivering consistent, high-quality meals.
